This was one of my holiday mini sessions from November - Grace was adorable. She's never shy with me and her soft little voice just melts my heart every time I hear it. At this age, exploring was WAY more exciting than sitting still for posed portraits with mom, but we were able to catch a few!

This family was a lot of fun, I enjoyed all their kids (human and dog) - it's kind people like this that give my job a little more meaning. There's nothing better than capturing that one family photograph that they'll cherish forever. I tell you what, dogs always add some great outtakes to photo sessions!

This little guy was just four days old when I photographed him. Thank you M Family for inviting me into your new home to capture your new son! His big sisters were nervous but excited to hold him, I'm sure they love helping mom and dad out!

This gorgeous momma is a friend of mine and it was such an honor to shoot both her maternity portraits and her newborn daughter. I love being able to capture these once in a lifetime moments so they can be treasured forever.

This pair made me work hard to capture their portraits! We were at the Oatlands Plantation and had access to their gorgeous gardens. (This dress was special to their mom, she'd worn it at the same age!) The heat and humidity that morning had us all sweating by the end, but we still managed some great shots!

This fabulously chunky newborn was an absolute pleasure to photograph. Avery slept soundly even with mom, grandma, and big sister watching nearby. Big sister was more than happy to sneak in for a few great shots!
